We’re ecstatic to announce our next guest at Comic Con Brussels Spring – the immensely talented, hilarious, and beloved intergalactic superstar, Karen Gillan. Known to Whovians as Amy Pond, the endearing companion of the 11th Doctor (Matt Smith) from the iconic
British Sci-Fi series Doctor Who, she has captivated audiences worldwide.
Gillan also shined brightly as Ruby Roundhouse in the recent Jumanji films, acting alongside big names like The Rock, Kevin Hart, and the legendary Jack Black. Her stellar performance in these blockbusters is just the tip of the iceberg.
Her most striking breakthrough, however, comes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as one of its most surprising characters. As Nebula, Thanos’ daughter in The Avengers and The Guardians of the Galaxy, she masterfully balances poignant moments with sharp wit. Her powerful portrayal of Nebula has made her a fan favorite across the entire Marvel Universe.
