You could also know her from movies and series as All the Right Moves, Red Dawn, Some Kind of Wonderful, Dennis the Menace, and The Beverly Hillbillies.
She also played the main character in the NBC sitcom Caroline in the City and co-starred as Kathryn Kennish in the series Switched at Birth.
